Typical Day
Our doors open in the morning at 8:15am, and children are accepted into the program until 8:45am when circle time begins. Once they have greeted their classmates they are free to work in the computer, music, reading, science or art rooms until circle time. |

Circle
time is a group sharing time at the beginning of each school day.
The students are separated into mixed-age groups and participate
in directed group activities, songs, games, and presentation of
new concepts and didactic materials. During circle time, language
and social skills are cultivated as children offer their thoughts
speaking spontaneously within the group, learning to take turns
and respect their classmates. Finally, preschoolers plan the rest
of their day, choosing from among available work areas and ongoing
projects.
